      Treatment of Sarcoma Cancer :   Surgery for Sarcoma Cancer – Surgery is the most common treatment for soft tissue sarcomas. Your doctor may remove the cancer and a safe margin of healthy tissue around it. Depending on the size and location of the sarcoma, it may be necessary to remove all or part of an arm or leg but amputation is rare. In most cases, radiation or chemotherapy is given before surgery to shrink the tumor or after surgery to kill remaining cancer cells.    Radiation
